Different Desserts

In the last two weeks, our work consisted on elaborating a kind of map with the topic that we want. For this, we had used a website called Mind42 and I personally decided to make my own work connected with the different type of desserts. Here you have the result of my work.

You're beautiful

    In this term, our work consist on subtitling a video which had been chosen by us. For that we made a count on "DotSub" and there we translate the video that we chose it on Youtube. We had chosen the song "you're beautiful" by James Blunt, because in his lyrics show us the reality that many people have lived, so in that way he is able to connect with his listeners.

    This young British singer-songwriter,born 22 February 1974, became famous due to the album "Back to Bedlam", which includes the famous songs "You're beautiful" an "Goodbye my lover". Blunt firstly started taking piano and violin lessons as a child, but he was 14 when he started playing more instruments, such as the guitar, and writing songs.

    One of the reasons of why we had chosen this song, is the fact that we like the way that he have to express his problems and also the form to see the life, together with what we had mention on the beginning of this post.

This term, our work consists, as I had said in my previous post, on doing a presentation and on recording each slide in Audacity with our voices to later join them. But this is not the only work we have done, also we have created a business website and later advertise on internet to make it more popular.

Shirin Ebadi

Hi dear readers! This time our teacher of ICT's tell us to find some information about different people that have win Nobel Prizes in the last years. I have chose the Iranian Shirin Ebadi , who has gone a Peace prize in 2003 for her efforts for democracy and human rights especially for the rights of women, children and political prisoners. From my point of vew, she is always ready to help and she love the equality in people, and this has made me to write about his life.

She would be the first person in the history of the Nobel Prize whose award has been forcibly seized by state authorities. Also she became the President of Bench 24 of the City Court and she is the first woman in the history of Iranian justice to have served as a judge.

Dr. Ebadi was one of the first femal judges in Iran and as a lawyer, she has taken on many controversial cases defending political dissidents and as a result has been arrested numerous times.

Unforgetable Christmas

 24 of december. It was very cold and people were buying last minute presents because Santa was going to come that night. Everything was perfect, families were going to met for dining and they are going to have a nice night. This is what we all spected for christmas holidays, but that special day became a great tragedy. My name is Mary and my family and I , like the rest of the world at that moment, we were having dinner around the table when suddenly a strange noise scared all of us.

Teenagers vs adults

Dear readers! Today I'm going to speak about the problems in a family, that is, the differences between teenagers of 15 years old and adults of 50-60. Although I put myself in the position of the first ones, due to the age, in this post I will defend the situation of the adults.
